A soup kinda day...

With so much going on and all of us coming down with colds AGAIN, a yummy pot of Taco Soup was just what we needed tonight. I love taco soup and only wish I had had the time to try out Becky's tortilla strip idea (maybe next time).
It is SO freaking cold outside. The thermometer reads 34 degrees as I write & I'm shivering at the the thought of having to go out in it. What happen to our beautiful autumn weather? I wanted it back! :)
