"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences. "

Does any one really enjoy ironing?

Any of you that really know me, know that I HATE ironing. I have spent the last few hours ironing shirts - twelve to be exact (no wonder I had so many extra hangers in the closet!?). It is really sad when my husband comes home from work excited that he can finally wear his favorite shirt and reminds me that he has not worn it since last Christmas (Yikes!). Being the sassy girl I am, I reminded him that he had better chose wisely before wearing because who knows when it will get ironed again. My new goal is to iron the shirts as they come out of the dryer because spending the whole night ironing really SUCKED. We'll see if I actually keep up or if the pile will reappear.
