"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences. "

Chalk Art Festival

Each year a local shopping center puts on a Chalk Art Festival and invites all to come out and draw, young and old, amateur and pro. The Daughter decided that she wanted to join in. Let's just say the $3 registration fee was totally worth it! Especially since they provided the chalk too!

In addition to spending the morning working on her art, we enjoyed walking around and taking in all of the talent. I wish I would have taken a few pictures...oh, well!

And as a bit of a side story, The Little Man has discovered a new dance move. It's very Bill Cosby like and super cute!
